My work evolves intuitively through layered acrylics combined with glazes creating depth and richness. I build textures, scratch into surfaces, and experiment with various tools, allowing each area to emerge naturally. Light, as it shifts through clouds over the landscapes and skyscapes of the Beara Peninsula, is a constant inspiration, guiding the atmosphere and mood of each piece.

I’m currently working on a new body of work inspired by the vastness of the skies around the Beara Peninsula. I'm exploring cloud formations, playing with colour and exploring ways to depict the space between sky and land.
